Kick off ski season to benefit First Descents

On December 10, Spago at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch will kick-off ski season with a once-in-a-lifetime, culinary tour de force to benefit First Descents. Join host Wolfgang Puck to celebrate a tribute to the legacy of iconic American vintner Robert Mondavi. The master chef will pair Mondavi’s exceptional vintages with a five-course tasting menu featuring highlights from his award-winning outposts Spago, CUT, Chinois, Lupo and Bar & Grill – and will personally assist in preparing each delectable dish. With Spago’s dining room set up to accommodate communal seating, the celebratory event promises to be an evening of great food, wine and friends!

WHO: Wolfgang Puck and the lucky gourmands who reserve the limited 125 spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis! $195 per person; tax and gratuity additional.
