Vail Jam for Autism goes global

August event will be broadcast worldwide with Level 3 communications

The Vail Jam 4 Autism is a live music event at North America’s largest mountain resort. Join us August 14 & 15, 2009 for the 1st annual Vail Jam and help establish this one-of-a-kind fusion of mountains, music and making a difference. The Vail Jam will be held at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail, CO 8,150 feet high in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. 100% of Vail Jam proceeds benefit the Colorado Autism Efforts of The SMART Foundation and the Crisis Intervention Program of The Children’s Hospital.

The Vail Jam began as a grass roots effort with the vision of uniting the Autism cause by elevating awareness, while bringing our cause together as one spectrum with one voice. Music is a universal language, which has the abilities to overcome all barriers, and with the support of Level 3 Communications what once was a vision has become an obtainable goal. Today the message of a grassroots parent driven effort to unify the voices of autism all around the world has become a reality thanks to this global platform enabled by this innovative partnership.

The Vail Jam will stream live content online to the world, while providing on demand content and enable a variety of opportunities to elevate autism awareness year-round. Combined with extensive media support the annual Jam will now connect our cause, while educating an audience of millions around the world.
