SteamMaster will take inventory and digitally document all surfaces to clean as well as soft goods including chairs, sofas, draperies, area and oriental rugs. The indexed photo binder will document soft goods in the lobby, common areas and types of different rooms with pricing and suggested frequency for cleanings. This binder includes a “Menu of Solutions for your cleaning, and a copy will be given to the Housekeeping Director and the Director of Rooms or General Manager.
The Technical Advisor will also conduct huddle meetings with the Housekeeping Director to make recommendations on the best cleaning chemicals to use at the property.
